I don't know about Jedi temps. All I know is, thank fuggin god I quit SWG and WoW and am now free of working away at games without getting paid. The only grinding I have to do these days is in a club...

The only way I would go back to that game is if they created a new server with no jedi/sith except for the static characters of the story line. Start fresh from the beginning with the new code (they claim the two codes are not meshing hence all the "new" combat bugs) and for the love of god stop releasing shitty expansions. This time around the pre-orders get an 8 person land vehicle... in other words a short bus, which is what any one silly enough to preorder an expansion for a game in such sad state belongs on.

If some of the best times in game were chasing Ivyhae and Hedo around Lok (which was only a few months ago) then I feel bad for you because there were lots of better moments, attitudes, and people in the game in '03-early '04 then there are now.

I still play AND am a full temp...well, was.

If you want more balance, then go MLS, 4xxx healer, 3402 enhancer, 4040 defender.

You get the damage potential of MLS, esp. with your tapes. with the 4040 defender + x4xx enhancer, your innate armor skill will actually surpass a master defender when force armor is active. You also get the added benefits of imp. force speed for combat, being able to channel, and imp. feedback if you run into another jedi to fight.

And let us not forget the all mighty force run

I forgot to add on, that you will have lower melee/ranged defence mods, but you can keep force aura active for the added 500 to both.

and you can choose between 4040 and 0440 defender, it ll depends on you. The melee line is far better for PvE, and the ranged one only helps against PvPers with guns, AKA Bounty hunters.

My template is M.Def, 0404 LS, 4xxx healer, 3204 enhancer...it's a good, solid tank, but not the best in PvP, since offensive skills are limited...still gets the job done though, juuuust fine...but that's cause I don't suck =)

First of all....you don't have to namedrop to be cool around here.

On top of that....I'd say a good majority of the oldschool guys....ESPECIALLY serge have sold, bought, re-sold, bought back, and sold their accounts again.
